# What happens when trial period expires?

Once a **Free Trial** has expired, you will no longer be able to edit your project at design time. You will be prompted to activate for you to proceed. 

If you do not wish to activate Bunifu Framework then you can uninstall so that it doesn't block you from using it at design time. Please refer to [this article](/faqs/licensing/how-to-uninstall-bunifu-framework-from-my-project.md) to uninstall.
